We have a setup where we use exchange for sharing/syncing emails across computers, and pop3 email accounts for the actual sending and receiving Since upgrading from vista to windows 7 my email filtering program (mailwasher pro) cannot find the default email program (windows live mail). We set the pop3 email account as the default account to send from.

Check default email settings on your computer, go to settings > default apps, and verify that outlook is not being repeatedly triggered as the default email app due to the survey.
