Hi all, i urgently need some advice Total fitness are refusing to cancel my membership even with medical evidence of my lifelong disability In march time i rang total fitness asking to cancel my membership and provided them with the reasons why

I was charged the month after for my membership so i went into tf and explained how i cancelled, the lady told me she would cancel it then and there for me Again, the following month i was.
