I finally fixed this problem by reinstalling the amd integrated gpu, which i downloaded from the official amd website instead of the driver provided on msi's official driver list. The rest all have you complete the accoutn login, which immedaitely takes you to the page telling you to activate your account first So a phone call is my only hope, likely yours as well.
