Hello people, today i will tell you what i did to solve this problem
First, i started the download of the game and the 0.00b/s appeared So i closed the epic games store in the windows system tray (the arrow next to the windows clock) and opened it again in administrator mode Then, i started the download again and it did well (in my case around 10mb/s), but in some cases it can return to. How would i do that
In my opinion the best way is using a program called heroic game's launcher, you can find it in steam deck desktop mode in the application store called discover Just download the program, link your epic games account, and install the games. Go to your epic games directory with windows explorer It's usually c:\program files\epic games, unless you originally installed to a different location

Find the game folder you want to reinstall (get working) and rename it I just put an underscore in front of the original name
