The default ttl for all forward zones is 24hours (1 day) I also synced my custom domain to office 365 and on prem. How can i change the default ttl to 2 hours

I have tried to reduce the ttl for individual forward zones to 2 hours through soa tab, both minimum (default ttl and ttl for this record, but getting reset to default overnight. I created a domain on prem and synchronized it with ad connect to office 365 for my users etc Icmp_seq=85 ttl=125 time=281 ms (dup!) but from windows i am not getting same response, it normal in windows
Does anyone have faced this kind of issue

Configured everything as per post installation steps instructions I'm sure it has to do with. Basically i cannot get domain time sync set up correctly, (i.e., workstations are not syncing with the pdc emulator) I have followed ms articles for setting this up, and do not have a gpo configured
